Documental audiovisual como contribución a la memoria colectiva: tras las huellas de las salas de cine en Cuenca

Abstract

The project “Audiovisual documentary as a contribution to collective memory: in search of the footprints of the movie theaters in Cuenca” was created with the intent of rescuing and sharing the memories made in the physical spaces called “movie theaters” through testimonies and interviews. The document contains a theoretical approximation of the implications, a recovery of memory or memory loss through audiovisual events, films and documentaries. History is collected through the testimonies, memories and anecdotes lived by the lovers of the seventh art, such as specialists, former workers, assistants, sales people, members of the review board and movie buffs. The construction process of the project is shown in all of its phases, preproduction, production and post production. Finally, the project intends to form part of the audiovisual works for historical research. The information serves to awaken the interest in creating future research projects related to the subject.
