| dc.description | El objetivo de esta investigación fue describir la estructura familiar del niño Down antes y después del nacimiento y los cambios en familias que tienen un hijo/a con Síndrome de Down, el estudio tiene un enfoque cualitativo. El estudio se realizó en la Unidad de Educación Especial “Nicolás Vásquez” de Paute, participaron padres, madres y representantes de los estudiantes con Síndrome de Down, de 5 a 11 años de edad, para la recolección de la información se aplicó “La Guía de Entrevista de Montalvo y Soria”, para identificar la estructura familiar y la Historia de Vida con el objetivo de conocer la estructura familiar antes y después del nacimiento. Los resultados muestran los cambios de la estructura familiar después del nacimiento de un hijo Down, la jerarquía en las familias se modifica, el poder recae en uno de los miembros del sistema conyugal y fraternal, al cumplir el padre y la madre el rol instrumental, aparece el hijo parentalizado, luego del nacimiento en la mayoría de las familias, la madre asume el rol afectivo y responsabilidades de cuidado del niño, las familias después del nacimiento, presentan alianzas entre los miembros del subsistema fraternal en algunos casos y en otros entre la madre o el padre, la comunicación organiza la estructura familiar y es un elemento fundamental en su funcionamiento, en la investigación la mayoría de las familias establecen relaciones complementarias que están determinadas por la jerarquía. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this research was to describe the family structure Down child before and after birth and changes in families who have a son / daughter with Down syndrome, the study has a qualitative.
