dc.descriptionEl objetivo principal del presente trabajo es el contribuir al entendimiento del patrimonio arquitectónico como un recurso para el desarrollo a través de la conservación de sus valores patrimoniales, especial¬mente enfocado al caso del complejo patrimonial de Todosantos. Por lo que se busca a través de la indagación teórica de los conceptos acerca del tema a tratar, una mejor comprensión de las implicaciones que tiene el cambio de uso de un bien patrimonial para potenciarlo como un recurso para el desarrollo. Así mismo, luego del análisis de diferentes casos de estudio y del análisis del contexto se consigue tener bases y criterios de diseño fundamentados para finalmente alcanzar una propuesta coherente con el contexto y el mismo complejo de Todosantos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this work is to contribute to the understanding of the architectural heritage as a resource for development through conservation of its heritage values, especially focused on the case of patrimonial complex of Todosantos. So you search through the theoretical investigation of the concepts of the topic, a better understanding of the implications of changing the use of a capital asset to promote it as a resource for development. Also, after analyzing different case studies and analysis of the context, it is achieved have grounded bases and criteria to finally achieve a coherent approach to the context and with complex of Todosantos design.es_ES
