Abstract
Meet2go SA is an emerging technology company, with 4 years of operations, this company has
generated a blue ocean in the sector of public and private events, since the beginning of its
operation its main goal has been the modernization of logistics management, sales and access
management of said events. Being a highly scalable startup, what this company is looking for is a
source of investment which fosters the growth of the company at the country level, seeking to
capture the enormous current demand in the entertainment sector.
This integrating project is a search to define what is the real value of an emerging technology
company in a developing market such as Ecuador, analyzing throughout the project the impact that the current health crisis by Covid 19 has had on the finances of this startup, and thus defining if
this company has growth potential and the current crisis is the ideal timing for an investor to
acquire a title with a temporary penalty derived from the environment. Or on the contrary, external
variables have deeply affected the financial statements, and this company consists of an extremely risky investment for a conservative investor, that is the question we answer throughout the following pages.

Meet2go S.A. es una empresa tecnológica emergente, con 4 años de operaciones, esta empresa ha generado un océano azul en el sector de eventos públicos y privados, pues desde los inicios de su operación su meta principal ha sido la modernización de la gestión logística, venta y gestión de accesos de dichos eventos. Al ser una startup de alta escalabilidad lo que esta empresa busca es
una fuente de inversión la cual propicie el crecimiento de la empresa a nivel país, en busca de
capturar la enorme demanda actual existente en el sector del entretenimiento.
El presente proyecto integrador es una búsqueda por definir cual es el valor real de una empresa
tecnológica emergente en un mercado en desarrollo como lo es el ecuatoriano, analizando a lo
largo del proyecto el impacto que ha tenido la actual crisis sanitaria por Covid 19 sobre las finanzas
de esta startup, y definiendo así si esta empresa posee potencial de crecimiento y la crisis actual es
el timing ideal para que un inversionista pueda adquirir un título con un castigo temporal derivado
del entorno. O por el contrario, las variables externas han afectado profundamente a los estados
financieros, y esta empresa consiste en una inversión extremadamente riesgosa para un
inversionista conservador, esa es la pregunta que responderemos a lo largo de las siguientes
páginas.
