| dc.description | El presente proyecto de titulación analiza la intervención dentro del espacio interior de la Posada San Francisco en la ciudad de Cuenca, fundada en el año de 1969 con el afán de ofrecer el servicio de albergue temporal dirigido a personas inmigrantes en situación de calle. Mediante un diagnóstico del lugar se determina que actualmente atraviesa un deterioro significativo, como consecuencia del importante incremento de usuarios que diariamente hacen uso de sus instalaciones, evidenciando un estado crítico en aspectos estéticos del y sobre todo los crecientes problemas funcionales en sus distintas áreas. A partir de esta problemática se realiza una propuesta de rediseño interiorista priorizando una adaptación y optimización funcional del espacio respecto a la capacidad y comodidad de los usuarios y por otro lado, la aplicación de un diseño social, digno en el sentido de la búsqueda de un confort integral | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This titling project analyzes the intervention within the interior space of the Posada San Francisco in the city of Cuenca, founded in 1969 with the aim of offering a temporary shelter service for immigrants in street situations. Through a diagnosis of the place it is determined that it is currently undergoing a significant deterioration, as a result of the significant increase of users who daily make use of its facilities, showing a critical state in aesthetic aspects and above all the growing functional problems in its different areas.
