dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo lleva a cabo el estudio técnico del consumo de energía en el edificio “El Rey” la propuesta de eficiencia energética y energía renovable de acuerdo a diferentes análisis que se desarrollan durante el trabajo. El análisis comprende los aspectos técnicos y socioeconómicos, que permitan seleccionar materiales para generar energía limpia y propia para el edificio, ya que existen varias técnicas y formas de generar energía, siempre aplicando la mejor tecnología y conservando el medio ambiente. Adicionalmente, se verifica que en la zona de Quito Ecuador existe una buena irradiación solar y por ende la factibilidad de implementar energía limpia y propia mediante la instalación de paneles fotovoltaicos y calentadores solares en el edificioes_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work makes the technical study of energy consumption in the building "El Rey" the proposal of energy efficiency and renewable energy according to different analyses that are developed during the work. The analysis includes the technical and socioeconomic aspects, which allow to select materials to generate clean energy and own for the building, as there are several techniques and ways to generate energy, always applying the best technology and preserving the environment. Additionally, it is verified that in the area of Quito Ecuador there is a good solar irradiation and therefore the feasibility of implementing clean and own energy through the installation of photovoltaic panels and solar heaters in the buildinges_ES
