Abstract
The title project of the interior redesign proposal for the restaurant La
Luna del Calvario was born from the need to offer a better quality
service and experience to its customers. The proposal has as a
starting point to develop an investigation in which it was possible to
identify several factors such as comfort, materiality, chromatics and
the principles of universal design. The creative process begins with
an analysis of the place in which photographic surveys, planimetries
of the current state and analysis of problems and needs of each of
the areas are presented. Subsequently, an analysis of functional and
formal references is made, which will serve as the basis for the
execution of the final design. The proposal takes as a starting point
a conceptual form and the research carried out for the spatial
distribution of the restaurant, also the industrial style is established
along with the use of raw materials and chromatic in neutral tones.
The choice of furniture, both in terms of shape and color invite diners
to relax and enjoy a unique experience. The project not only
highlights the panoramic view but also seeks to improve the cohesion
between all its areas offering a better customer experience and
therefore the success of the restaurant.
Resumen
El proyecto de titulación de la propuesta de rediseño interior para el
restaurante la Luna del Calvario nace de la necesidad de ofrecer un
mejor servicio de calidad y experiencia a sus clientes. La propuesta
tiene como punto de partida desarrollar una investigación en la que
se pudo identificar diversos factores como confort, materialidad,
cromática y los principios del diseño universal. El proceso creativo
inicia con un análisis del lugar en el que se presentan levantamientos
fotográficos, planimetrías del estado actual y análisis de problemas
y necesidades de cada una de las áreas. Posteriormente se realiza
un análisis de referentes funcionales y formales los mismo que
servirán como base para ejecución del diseño final. La propuesta
toma como punto de partida una forma conceptual y la investigación
realizada para la distribución espacial del restaurante, también se
establece el estilo industrial junto con el uso de materiales crudos y
cromática en tonos neutros. La elección del mobiliario, tanto en
términos de forma y color invitan a los comensales a relajarse y
disfrutar de una experiencia única. El proyecto no solo destaca la
vista panorámica sino además busca mejorar la cohesión entre todas
sus áreas ofreciendo una mejor experiencia al cliente y por ende el
éxito del restaurante.
