Desarrollo de un sistema constructivo para su aplicación en vivienda social en sectores marginales de la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

Alternative housing in our city does not address all social groups, it is necessary that the houses are built in less time, the real needs of people are identified and are gran¬ted financing plans according to the income of the people and their tasks Daily may have one or more activities to generate income, so the first step is identifying areas of the city that has these problems, and finally develop a core set of housing, as well as its structural system and partition suitable for the sector and its needs. In the design of a core of basic accommodation space con¬taining the physical characteristics of the progressive hou¬sing, a viable alternative is to generate social housing grant to the real needs of people, in addition to its self-supporting structure it uses a structural system developed specifically this structure system is the product of research conducted by the Faculty of Engineering. By combining these two aspects, design and construction would comprehensively address the social housing project that can be used efficiently in our environment.
