Identificación bacteriana en pacientes con colecistitis aguda del servicio de cirugía Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso, Cuenca 2001

Abstract

A descriptive study was performed prospective in order to identify the presence or absence of bacteria in bile of patients who had acute colicistitis, who came to the emergency room and outpatient Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital. During the period from January to May 2001. Determining that this condition to be of sudden onset, it was mostly treated within 72 hours, being more common in females, and higher incidence between the third and fifth decade life, who bile was obtained by puncture of the gallbladder during cholecystectomy.
