Propuesta organizacional administrativa y estructural para el Club Deportivo Especializado Formativo Russo en la ciudad de Cuenca

Abstract

The specialized training sports club Russo was born on August 11, 2009 as a sports project for the school Julio Matovelle, from this experience which was used as the basis to form the football school in 2010 with the participation of 23 children, after favorable results and some flaws in the strategies used for the growth of school, year after year new ideas empirically was increased in order to increase the number of students, being in a phase of peak and the marked increase the number of children enrolled with high prestige and recognition, the school had the need to structure the club, sitting administrative basis based on experiences obtained in each season to cover the weaknesses and shortcomings presented due to the disorganization that had at the beginning. for this reason it was decided to create a functional organization which are involved all the people who are part of the club delegate rights and duties that must be met by each of them, this idea was created to organize the club and boost its growth through creating this structure today we have the participation of 130 students with the guidance of a directory, 3 highly trained coaches, doctors, partners and support staff
