dc.descriptionEl hombre cuando llega a la tercera edad, necesita de manera involuntaria de cuidado y paciencia de otras personas, así como de espacios adecuados, conscientes, seguros, y confortables que los lleven a disfrutar de esta etapa al cual todos llegaremos. El anteproyecto busca solucionar cualquier tipo de necesidad del adulto mayor, mediante estrategias de diseño; brindarles un espacio donde puedan mejorar su salud física, mental, autonomía, adaptación y calidad de vida. A partir de un análisis de la situación actual de la ciudad, más un estudio de normativas y criterios de diseño aplicados para el adulto mayor se proyecta una edificación que cumpla con todos los requerimientos del usuario.es_ES
dc.description.abstractWhen man gets older, need involuntarily care and patience of others, as well as suitable, conscious, safe and comfortable spaces, that lead them to enjoy this stage of life that we all are getting to. This draft seeks to solve all kinds of needs of the elderly, by design strategies; providing a space where they can improve their physical, mental health, autonomy, adaptation and quality of life. From an analysis of the current situation of the city, plus a study of regulations and design criteria applied for the elderly, it will be projected a building that comply all users requirements.es_ES
