dc.descriptionEn el Ecuador, la historia de los Movimientos LGBTI, se ha plasmado a través de la lucha por evidenciar su proceso histórico, en torno a relatos que en principio han sido construcciones verbales y a posterior, escritas. Precisamente esta investigación presenta los aportes a esa Memoria Histórica y la visibilización de los esfuerzos y de algunos de los logros obtenidos a través de ellos, como es la despenalización de la homosexualidad y su incidencia en el cambio de normativas y políticas públicas. Para ello se hace un análisis utilizando herramientas de la Teoría Crítica Feminista: el Enfoque de Género y de Diversidad, así como también el Enfoque de Derechos Humanos en los procesos que han marcado una línea de tiempo, en este devenir histórico a favor de la garantía y ejercicio de los derechos de esta poblaciónen_US
dc.description.abstractIn Ecuador, the history of the LGBTI Movements has been shaped through the struggle to evidence its historical process around stories that, in principle, have been verbal and later written constructions. The intention of this research was to have contributions to this Historical Memory, and the visibility of the efforts and some of the achievements obtained through them, such as the decriminalization of homosexuality and its impact on the change of regulations and public policies. For this purpose, the processes that have marked a timeline in this historical evolution in favor of the guarantee and exercise of the rights of this population are analyzed from a Human Rights approachen_US
