Integración de metodologías de innovación para el proceso de emprendimiento gastronómico

Abstract

The integration of innovation methodologies for the gastronomic entrepreneurship process, develops a path for those who want to start a business. It helps people to find differentiation and create products or services with a value proposition. Different tools of innovation methodologies were used for the development of this project, but mainly with lean startup and design sprint. To achieve the objective of creating the methodological toolkit for innovative gastronomic businesses, we first analyzed the current state of these ventures through qualitative and quantitative research. Then the innovation methodologies were studied in depth, the prototype of the kit was designed and it was finalized by validating the process with those who start their business. According to the feedback from the user, it will be decided what actions will be carried out to get closer to the solution that fits the needs and desires of the entrepreneur.
