dc.description	En el trabajo presentado a continuación, se hace una breve descripción de la madera y su empleo en el diseño de elementos estructurales. Se explica y se describe detalladamente el concepto de diafragma estructural y su funcionamiento, así como los tipos de entramados estructurales y sus diferentes modos de configuración. Se plantea el problema de comportamiento de un diafragma como rígido y se trata de llegar a un método general que demuestre con precisión dicha hipótesis. Al final, con un ejemplo, se analiza el comportamiento de los diafragmas de madera a partir del diseño de los mismos, utilizando la ecuación 23-1 del Código Internacional de la Edificación 2006, que determina la deflexión debido a cargas cortantes, los resultados que proporcione dicha ecuación, determinarán si los diafragmas son flexibles o rígidos. Al final, se elabora un conjunto de hojas electrónicas EXCEL, que permitan determinar con facilidad y rapidez el diseño de los diafragmas y entramados y su respectivo análisis posterior, adjuntando planos del ejemplo realizado.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	In the work presented below is a brief description of the wood and its use in the design of structural elements is done. It is explained and the concept of structural diaphragm and its operation, as well as the types of structural frameworks and different configuration modes is described in detail.
