| dc.description | La presente tesina proyecta impulsar la creación del blog como periódico digital comunitario en la parroquia Chiquintad, con el objetivo de informar e interactuar con los pobladores. El blog se presenta como una alternativa para que las personas sean quienes comuniquen por medio de esta red. Las TICs son herramientas muy útiles en la actualidad para mantenerse en contacto con los demás, sobre todo porque Chiquintad tiene una población alta de migrantes y la mayoría de los pobladores tienen acceso a internet. En este trabajo se dará a conocer cómo se realiza un blog, las herramientas y características que implican el uso de este medio. De esta manera puede ayudar a nuevas investigaciones sobre el tema mediático, en la comunidad de Chiquintad y aportar para el uso de medios alternativos de comunicación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The following thesis plans to facilitate the creation of a blog as a digital newspaper for the community of the parish of Chiquintad, in order to inform and interact with the resident’s of this community. The blog is presented as an alternative media for people to be the ones who communicate through this network. The Tics are powerful tools today to keep in touch with others, especially since Chiquintad has a high population of migrants and most people have internet access. In this assigment we will present how to create a blog, the tools and features that involve the use of this medium.
