dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo se desarrolla con la finalidad de guiar o sustentar intervenciones en el parque Central de la parroquia Güel, ubicada en el cantón Sígsig. En la actualidad, el parque acoge actividades de carácter deportivo en la mayoría de los casos, sus canchas son ocupadas en la totalidad por hombres, mujeres y niños; sin embargo, el mismo presenta elementos que no responden a criterios técnicos, la falta de áreas verdes es evidente, además se identifican ciertos problemas como la inseguridad en los juegos infantiles, espacios que no son accesibles para personas con capacidades especiales, entre otros. Por esta situación, de manera coordinada con la junta parroquial de Güel y con la municipalidad del cantón Sígsig, se establecen criterios para formular una propuesta de intervención que mejore la situación actual del parque. Para este proceso, se estudia los antecedentes históricos del lugar, ciertos conceptos relacionados a la recreación y parques, se realiza un análisis de la situación actual, se formulan encuestas y entrevistas a sus usuarios, finalmente se identifican elementos de relevancia arquitectónica, urbana y paisajística a través del análisis espacial urbano.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present work is developed with the purpose of guiding or sustaining interventions in the central park of the parish Güel, located in the Sígsig canton. At present, the park hosts sports activities in most cases, their courts are occupied entirely by men, women and children; however, it presents elements that do not respond to technical criteria, the lack of green areas is evident, and certain problems are identified, such as insecurity in children's playgrounds, spaces that are not accessible to people with special abilities, among others. Due to this situation, in coordination with the parish council of Güel and the municipality of the Sígsig canton, criteria are established to formulate a proposal for an intervention that improves the current situation of the park. For this process, we study the historical background of the site, certain concepts related to recreation and parks, an analysis of the current situation, surveys and interviews are made to its users, finally identify elements of architectural, urban and landscape relevance through urban spatial analysis.es_ES
