dc.descriptionEn el presente trabajo, se realizó la metodología de planeación estratégica en la empresa CREACIONES GEMELYS, con la finalidad de mejorar la capacidad de la organización para adaptarse a los cambios en el ambiente y ser sostenibles en el tiempo. Todos los empleados de la empresa, aportaron con un granito de arena para la elaboración del plan estratégico. A partir del diagnóstico de la situación actual, se determinaron los elementos del pensamiento estratégico y planeación a largo y corto plazo desarrollado uno de sus objetivos, la fabricación de un nuevo producto “CHAQUETA PORTABEBÉS” lo que nos permitirá direccionar un futuro exitoso para CREACIONES GEMELYS.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn this work, we performed strategic planning methodology Creaciones GEMELYS Company, in order to improve the ability of the organization to adapt to changes in the environment and be sustainable over time. All employees of the company, contributed a bit to the development of the strategic plan.
