Abstract
The graduation project includes a
socio-educational approach that is
born from the need to offer infants
different alternatives of playful and
educational integration spaces, and
thus, have a different vision of traditional
education with new learning standards.
That is why today the centers aimed at
children have become a fundamental part
of comprehensive development, allowing
them to provide significant improvements
in the early stages of infant training.
These spaces have trained professionals
whose objective is to guarantee
the safety and physical, emotional
and psychological care of infants.
The proposal focuses on the interior design
of a children’s library with educational
criteria for children from 5 to 8 years old,
located in the Illustrious Municipality of
the Biblián canton, Cañar, Ecuador, based
on the formation of habits related to selfeducation and reading. in an aesthetic and
functional space.
Resumen
El proyecto de titulación comprende un
enfoque socioeducativo que nace a partir
de la necesidad de ofrecer a los infantes
alternativas diferentes de espacios de
integración lúdica y educativa, y así,
tener una visión distinta de la educación
tradicional con nuevos estándares de
aprendizaje.
Es por esto que en la actualidad
los centros dirigidos a niños, se han
convertido en una parte fundamental
para el desarrollo integral, que permitan
brindar notables mejoras en las primeras
etapas de formación de los infantes.
Estos espacios cuentan con profesionales
capacitados que tienen como objetivo
garantizar la seguridad y el cuidado físico,
emocional y psicológico de los párvulos.
La propuesta se enfoca en el diseño
interior de una biblioteca infantil con
criterios formativos para niños de 5 a 8
años, situada en la Ilustre Municipalidad del
cantón Biblián, Cañar, Ecuador, en función
de que formen hábitos relacionados con la
autoeducación y la lectura, en un espacio
estético y funcional.
