Abstract
The target of the investigation is to analyze the exhibition of psychosocial risk intra-labor and stress in a financial institution to determine if statistics exists significance between the two variable. Cross section correlational used a descriptive study, by means of the use of scientific observation and questionnaires of the Department of the Ministerio de Protección Social prepared by the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Subcentro de Seguridad Social y Riesgos Profesionales, 2010 for the evaluations. The questionnaires applied to 43 employees with characteristics sociodemograficas heterogeneous and the information processed in the statistical bundle for the social sciences (SPSS). Like result, one determined that there exists a level of stress very low in the whole population, while the psychosocial risks change between despicable risk and very high risk. The investigation allows concluding that it is not significance statistical between two variables.
Resumen
El objetivo de la investigación es analizar la exposición de riesgo psicosocial intralaboral y estrés en una institución financiera para determinar si existe significancia estadística entre las dos variables. Se utilizó un estudio descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal, mediante el uso de observación científica y cuestionarios del Ministerio de Protección Social elaborados por la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Subcentro de Seguridad Social y Riesgos Profesionales, 2010 para las evaluaciones. Los cuestionarios fueron aplicados a 43 empleados con características sociodemográficas heterogéneas y los datos procesados en el paquete estadístico para las ciencias sociales (SPSS). Como resultado, se determinó que existe un nivel de estrés muy bajo en toda la población, mientras que los riesgos psicosociales varían entre riesgo despreciable y riesgo muy alto. La investigación permite concluir que no se encuentra significancia estadística entre las dos variables.
