dc.descriptionEn la presente investigación se encontró, analizó, y valoró las diferentes lógicas o motivaciones que tuvieron los habitantes de la ciudad de Cuenca para asentar sus viviendas en la parroquia El Valle, para ello se ha utilizado variables económicas, sociales, políticas y ambientales; los resultados responden principalmente a la dinámica económica y social, en relación al costo de suelo y vínculo familiar respectivamente. Seguido se aplica un estudio multitemporal del crecimiento urbano de El Valle en los periodos de 2001, 2010, 2020, con este análisis se desarrollan distintas técnicas de modelación multivariable a fin de validar los modelos obtenidos y seleccionar el que mejor se ajuste, la herramienta MOLUSCE del Software QGis es aquella que mejor responde a este requerimiento es así que a través de la misma se genera el modelo predictivo al año 2030 del asentamiento. Finalmente se identifican las principales tendencias de crecimiento, éstas responden a la dispersión, ocupación del suelo en torno a la vía principal Cuenca- El Valle y consolidación de la cabecera parroquial, y generan una serie de desafíos, para ello se definen actuaciones previsibles que ayuden en la planificación del asentamientoen_US
dc.description.abstractThis research found, analyzed, and evaluated the different logics or motivations that the inhabitants of the city of Cuenca had to settle their homes in the parish of El Valle, using economic, social, political, and environmental variables; the results respond mainly to the economic and social dynamics, regarding the cost of land and family ties, respectively. Next, a multitemporal study of the urban growth of El Valle in the periods 2001, 2010, 2020 is applied; with this analysis developed different multivariable modeling techniques to validate the models obtained and select the one that best fits. The MOLUSCE tool of QGis software is the one that best meets this requirement. So, through it, the predictive model for the year 2030 of the settlement generates. Finally, the main growth trends have identified these responses to the dispersion, land occupation around the main road Cuenca-El Valle and consolidation of the parish head, and generate a series of challenges. For this, are defined foreseeable actions to help in the planning of the settlementen_US
