Resumen
This thesis is designed for primary public school English teachers who do not have sufficient up to date material to develop their English classes. This includes an English textbook, a Teacher's Guide and a Resource Bank. In addition, this thesis is addressed to the children of the 7th grade in primary public schools who wish to learn English through their favorite cartoons. The students of English Language and Literature of Philosophy at the University of Cuenca can also use this thesis as a guide to plan their English classes
