Abstract
The general objective of this research is to reveal the interior-exterior relationship of the social spaces of the modern residential architecture of the architect Luis Oleas between the years 60-70 in Ecuador, through graphic analysis. For this, the methodology to be used will be case studies through the analysis of modern architecture homes.
These data will be collected through scientific bibliography and will be redrawn for subsequent descriptive analysis, which will allow evaluating the need to know the importance of the interior-exterior relationship in modern architecture.
In this way, through an analysis of seven dwellings, the evolution or in some cases the involution of the interior-exterior relationship that Oleas generates in the social area of their dwellings is observed.
Resumen
El objetivo general de esta investigación es revelar la relación interior-exterior de los espacios sociales de la arquitectura residencial moderna del arquitecto Luis Oleas entre los años 60-70 en Ecuador, mediante el análisis gráfico. Para ello la metodología a utilizar será casos de estudio a través del análisis de viviendas de arquitectura moderna.
Estos datos serán recolectados por medio de bibliografía científica y serán redibujados para su posterior análisis descriptivo, que permita evaluar la necesidad de conocer la importancia de la relación interior-exterior en la arquitectura moderna.
De esta manera, mediante un análisis de siete viviendas se observa la evolución o en algunos casos la involución de la relación interior-exterior que genera Oleas en el área social de sus viviendas.
