Propuesta de los subsistemas de administración y gestión de talento humano en la empresa Miguel Pesantez

Abstract

The administration and management of human talent seeks in companies to contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives by applying techniques for the personnel management in their different phases of labor relations. The company Miguel Pesantez has an empirical and informal administration that generates the inefficient use of its resources, mainly human, which directly influences its productivity and competitiveness. That is why this integrative project aims to design proposals for different Human Talent subsystems that optimize the management of the area based on the hierarchy of the needs in the company analyzed.

The focus of this research combines qualitative and quantitative methods, such as observation, interview, survey and literature review. The information obtained allowed to know the form of human talent management and the existing gaps, from which different tools are established for each subsystem, that includes policies, procedures, indicators and formats that establish the execution guide. In addition, intervention plans were designed to improve the area and its workers.

The result of this work provides the necessary structure to guide the implementation of the processes and activities related to the personnel management of the company Miguel Pesantez, facilitating its application and promoting the organizational improvement and its strategy.
