| dc.description | El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar los patrones transgeneracionales de apegoenmadres sustitutas; su enfoque fue mixto, administrándose el test CaMir y la entrevista semiestructurada a siete madres sustitutas de las Aldeas Infantiles SOS Cuenca (Ecuador). Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que a nivel global las escalas de apoyo parental y apego seguroconcuerdan con la fiabilidad de la validaciónchilena del test CaMirde Garrido y otros (2006). Seis madres participantes presentaron el prototipo de apego seguro y una madre con apego desentendidode acuerdo a la teoría de Bowlby (1958) y tipología de Ainsworth (1960); en el primer grupo, los patrones transgeneracionalesidentificados,según el enfoque contextual deBoszomery-Nagy (1973) fueron: deudas, legados, lealtades; y,según la teoría de Bowen (1954-59)reacciones emocionales de satisfacción e insatisfacción y transmisión de conductas; estos patrones surgen de las relaciones parento filial y abuelar que respondieron a las necesidades primarias durante la infancia y adolescencia de las participantes. En el caso de la madre con apego desentendido, se identificó los mismos patrones transgeneracionales, pero con la variante de ambivalencia afectiva-emocional en la relación parento filial.Estos resultados también pueden ayudar a las instituciones que trabajen con perfiles de madres sustitutas a que identifiquen prototipos de apego en las cuidadoras y diseñen programas psicoeducativos con el fin de preservar la salud emocional y cuidado de niñas y niños. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study was to identify the transgenerational patterns of attachment in surrogate mothers; their focus was mixed, administered the test CaMir and semistructured interview seven surrogate mothers SOS Children's VillagesCuenca (Ecuador. The results showed that global scales parental support and secure attachment match the reliability of Chilean validation test CaMir of Garrido and others (2006). Six participants mothers had secure attachment model and a mother with addiction disengaged according to the theory of Bowlby (1958) and type of Ainsworth (1960); in the first group, the transgenerational patterns were identified, according to the contextual approach Boszomery-Nagy (1983) debts, legacies, loyalties; and, according to the theory of Bowen (1954-1959) emotional reactions satisfaction and dissatisfaction and transmission of behaviors; these patterns arise from relationships between parents and children and grandparents who responded to the primary needs during childhood and adolescence of the participants. In the case of the mother attachment disengaged, the same transgenerational patterns are identified, but with the variant affective-emotional ambivalence in parent-child relationship. These results may also help institutions active profile surrogates to identify attachment patterns in emotional health and care of children. | es_ES |
