Abstract
The present study consists on the develo

pment as a preliminary project level of the
Administrative Building of the Municipal GAD
of Sucúa City. This project came up due to
a request by the Municipality through an
agreement with the Faculty of Architecture
and Urbanism of the University of Cuenca.
The main reason for reaching this agree

ment was to provide an administrative buil
-
ding that can provide comfort and efficien
-
cy to the citizens that live in Sucúa.
The first phase consists on the research and
compilation of information about the city of
Sucúa, followed by a general investigation
of the administrative building through his
-
tory, predimensioning of spaces, etc. This
is was done in order to analyze the current
building of the Municipality of Sucúa and
find out some issues .
The second phase consists of carrying out
a case study on administrative buildings in
order to carry out an assessment and find
criteria, design parameters and guidelines,
these can be applied in the project design. The third phase consists on analyzing the site
to be intervened and its surroundings, con
-
sidering different influence radii. Here, some
aspects are analyzed such as the bioclima
-
tic and hydrographic conditions, the built
environment, mobility and transport, infras
-
tructure, typologies, landscape, vegetation,
topography of forms and features of land,
current regulations, etc.
Once the research and analysis stage has
been concluded, the architectural prelimi
-
nary project design is carried out, starting
from the design parameters previously ob
-
tained. In other words, achieving a building
according to the population needs, whose
exterior spaces serve as a connection with
the exterior and its interior spaces. These will
be flexible, versatile, functional and will provide excellent performance.
Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación consiste en el desarrollo a nivel de anteproyecto del Edificio Administrativo para el GAD Municipal del Cantón Sucúa. Este proyecto surgió de la solicitud por parte del Municipio del cantón Sucúa a través de un convenio con Facultad de Arquitectura y Urbanismo de la Universidad de Cuenca.
La principal razón para llegar a este acuerdo fue proveer de un edificio que pueda brindar
confortabilidad y eficiencia a la ciudadanía del Cantón. La primera fase consiste en la investigación y recopilación de información sobre la ciudad de Sucúa, seguido de una investigación del edificio administrativo en general a través de la historia, predimensionamiento de espacios, etc. Para luego analizar el actual edificio de la Municipalidad de Sucúa y encontrar los problemas actuales de la edificación.
La segunda fase consiste en realizar un estudio de casos de edificios administrativos, con la finalidad de poder realizar una valoración,
encontrar criterios, parámetros de diseño y lineamientos, los mismos que se puedan tomar como punto de partida y posteriormente, aplicarlos en el diseño del proyecto. La tercera fase consiste en analizar el sitio a intervenir y su entorno, planteándose distintos radios de influencia. En el mismo se analiza las condiciones bioclimáticas, hidrográficas, el entorno construído, movilidad y transporte, infraestructura, tipologías, paisaje, vegetación, la topografía del predio seleccionado, normativa vigente, etc.
Una vez concluída la etapa de investigación y análisis, se procede al diseño del anteproyecto arquitectónico, tomando como base los parámetros de diseño obtenidos previa-
mente. Logrando un edificio que esté acorde a las necesidades de la población, cuyos espacios exteriores sirvan de conexión con el exterior y sus espacios interiores sean flexibles, versátiles, funcionales y que brinden un excelente desempeño.
