| dc.description | La investigación como proceso científico, sirve para el conocimiento de nuestra realidad y la transformación constante de problemas que se originan en ella. En este sentido el presente trabajo pone al descubierto el más triste de los hechos. Estamos consiente de que existe el riesgo de l acreciente revelación de actos de tortura induzca a los torturadores a refinar sus métodos incluso a ejecutar a sus víctimas, pero los efectos preventivos generales derivados. Lamentablemente además del estado, existe una parte que constituye la profesión médica que a pesar de ser unos que están involucrados en esta práctica de tortura, causan un perjuicio a esta honorable profesión violando además el juramento hipocrático. Esperamos en las personas, en las instituciones y sobre todo en los médicos a los cuales va encaminado nuestro trabajo y tratamos todos en conjunto de buscar soluciones actuales a problemas antiguos | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Research and scientific process, serves the knowledge of our reality and the constant transformation of problems that arise from it. In this sense the present work exposes the saddest facts. We are aware that there is a risk l accretive revelation of torture induces torturers to refine their methods even executed their victims, but the resulting general preventive effect. Unfortunately besides the state, there is a part which is the medical profession despite being ones that are involved in the practice of torture, causing injury to this honorable profession besides violating the Hippocratic oath.
