Withthis consideration will be given tounacceptablerisksandlook for aspecific actionin an effort todiminishor eliminate them.In settingactionplansand carry outcontrol,new procedures is implemented in terms of risk management in the hospital and try to create aculture of prevention.Similarly,this informationis the basisto initiatethe process ofremoval ofmedical recordsand the workof theindustrialpsychologist.
