Abstract
The reuse of bus structures as raw material for the
construction of a social housing responds to the
problem of environmental and visual pollution due
to the abandonment of units out of circulation due
to the lack of planning after completing their useful
life and due to the need for housing accessible especially for the population with limited economic
resources.
Once the availability of the raw material and the
life cycle of the transport units had been studied, as
well as the functionality, the construction process
was carried out using graphics that detail the outstanding characteristics of the project such as the
configuration of its structure, plans and budget that
will allow Comparison with existing government
projects such as MIDUVI ensuring the feasibility
of life-changing transformation from a transportation unit to a habitable space.
Currently the challenge is to be able to implement
objects discarded by the system and reincorporate
them to the same system, responding to a social
problem and generating environmentally friendly
projects that optimize resources in housing construction with the incorporation of technologies.
Resumen
La reutilización de estructuras de buses como materia prima para la construcción de una vivienda social responde a la problemática de contaminación
ambiental y visual por el abandono de unidades
fuera de circulación debido a la falta de planificación tras cumplir su vida útil y ante la necesidad de
viviendas accesibles sobre todo para la población
de escasos recursos económicos.
Una vez estudiada la disponibilidad de la materia prima y el ciclo de vida de las unidades de
transporte, así como la funcionalidad se realizó el
proceso constructivo mediante gráficos que detallan las características sobresalientes del proyecto
como la configuración de su estructura, planos y
presupuesto que permitirá la comparación con los
proyectos existentes del gobierno como el MIDUVI
asegurando la factibilidad de la transformación de cambio de vida de una unidad de transporte a un espacio habitable.
En la actualidad el desafío es poder implementar
objetos desechados por el sistema y reincorporarlos al mismo sistema respondiendo a una problemática social y generando proyectos amigables
con el medio ambiente que optimicen recursos en
la construcción de vivienda con la incorporación
de tecnologías.
