dc.descriptionEl presente Plan de Ordenación Urbanística tiene como principal objetivo el aportar un crecimiento y ocupación ordenado de la cabecera parroquial de San Antonio de Cumbe del cantón Saraguro. Para cumplir con el objetivo propuesto, se procede a caracterizar el sistema urbano de la cabecera parroquial por medio de investigación de campo con ayuda de entrevistas y censos de preguntas abiertas y cerradas, brindando a los evaluados todas las alternativas posibles, o al menos aquellas que responden a la situación que se desea conocer. Al realizar este análisis, se establece la situación actual y el funcionamiento del sistema territorial a través de sus componentes. Posteriormente, se procede a desarrollar la imagen objetivo del asentamiento, en donde se plantea el escenario deseado para el año horizonte del plan. Finalmente, al generar determinaciones urbanísticas, y programas y proyectos que contribuyan con el crecimiento y ocupación ordenado de la cabecera parroquial, se logrará alcanzar lo planteado en la imagen objetivo durante el periodo de planificación de 20 añoses_ES
dc.description.abstractThis Urban Organization Plan has as its main objective the contribution of an orderly growth and occupation of the parish center of San Antonio de Cumbe, Saraguro canton. In order to fulfill the proposed objective, the urban system of the settlement is characterized through field research with the help of interviews and census of open and closed questions, giving the evaluated people all the possible alternatives, or at least those that respond the situation of the investigation. At the end of this research, the current situation and the operation of the territorial system is established through its components. Then, the objective image of the settlement is developed, where the desired scenario for the horizon year of the plan is proposed. Finally, by generating urban determinations, programs and projects that contribute to the orderly growth and occupation of the parish center, it would be possible to achieve what is proposed in the objective image during 20 years of the planning periodes_ES
