Abstract
This paper deals with the description and analysis of information obtained in farm SIGTIERRAS sweep program implemented in the parish of Sidcay. The aim is to investigate whether the program itself and the property tax scanning is useful. For it has been made a description on general characteristics of the study area and described in detail what steps to carry out a parcel sweep to finally analyze all the information obtained from the parish and to see if it is useful.
At the conclusion of the work it can be said that the program is useful and provides benefits from the land owner who receives a current level of the ground and can legalize-in case of not having legalizado- to large groups such as a parish, region or a nation can make use of the information for land use plans.
Resumen
Este trabajo trata sobre la descripción y análisis de la información obtenida en el barrido predial del programa SIGTIERRAS aplicado en la parroquia de Sidcay. El objetivo es investigar si el programa como tal y el barrido predial es útil.Para ello se ha realizado una descripción sobre características generales del área de estudio y se ha descrito detalladamente cuales son los pasos para llevar a cabo un barrido predial para finalmente analizar toda la información obtenida de la parroquia y poder ver si es útil.
Al concluir el trabajo se puede decir que el programa es útil y brinda beneficios desde el dueño de un terreno quien recibe un plano actual de su terreno y puede legalizarlo-en caso de no tenerlo legalizado- hasta grupos grandes como pueden ser una parroquia, región o una nación que pueden hacer uso de la información para planes de ordenamiento territorial.
