Abstract

This research titled Professional Ethics of Social Work, presents a theoretical approach on ethics, professional ethics and in that context, fundamental ideas for an ethics of social worker. Research on professional ethics has been addressed in the form of paper, divided into three major themes: ethics, contemporary theories of ethics and the ethics of social worker.

The subject of ethics presents several reflections on the moral act and the moral law regarding human values, vision to conceptualize the value of ethics.

The theme of contemporary theories of ethics, analyzes the discourse ethics and life ethics, briefly discusses other ethical theories and focuses on the ethics of the profession. The issue of ethics regarding social worker deals with the Social Work and its ethical commitment and on that basis, primary categories of Ethics Code and the Code of Ethics of Social Workers.
