| dc.description | Objetivo: evaluar el conocimiento de la implementación de la iniciativa del hospital amigo de los bebés en el hospital Homero Castanier Crespo Azogues city. Material y métodos: un estudio descriptivo, trabajó con un universo finito que consta de 291 enfermeras. El marco de muestreo se compone de alrededor de 115 según los profesionales discrecionales del investigador, involucrar al personal en las áreas de prenatal, obstetricia, neonatología y pediatría se aplicaron a un formulario validado por UNICEF y MSP para cumplir con las normas de la iniciativa legal de hospital amigable para los bebés ( IHAN) Las técnicas de investigación utilizadas fueron entrevistas y observación directa, y como instrumento se utilizó UNICEF y los datos se procesaron en SPSS, EXEL y se presentaron por medio de un programa de tablas. Resultados: el presente estudio nos permitió observar y evaluar el nivel de conocimiento en la implementación de la implementación de la iniciativa de hospitales amigos del bebé (IHAN). | dc.description.abstract | Objective: to assess the knowledge of implementing the initiative of the baby-friendly hospital in the hospital Homero Castanier Crespo Azogues city. Material and Methods: a descriptive study, it worked with a finite universe consisting of 291 nurses.
