Item Implementación de los criterios de organización, profesores y vinculación con la sociedad del modelo de evaluación CACES para Instituto Superior Tecnológico Wissen(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-09-08) Contreras Villavicencio, Mónica Enriqueta; Cuenca Espinoza, Valeria Jusibeth; Cordero López, Juan FranciscoThe purpose of this project is to expose the development and implementation of the evaluation criteria in the Wissen Higher Technological Institute of Technology, under the Institutional Accreditation Model proposed by the Higher Education Quality Assurance Council - CACES, with the objective of guaranteeing the quality of the public and private national educational model. In this sense, for the development of this integrating project, it has beenconsidered to cover three of the six criteria mentioned in the model, these being: organization, teachers and relationship with society, since they are considered the most relevant when starting with the planning. strategic and efficient management of institutional resources. Thus, for the pertinent purposes, four chapters are created, one per criterion, with chapter 1 being the current diagnosis of the institution and; subsequently, the comparison between its business structure and the CACESmodel, with the aim of determining the degree of difference between the two and establishing, through a traffic light system, those activities developed, moderately applied or nonexistent and that, as such, are aligned to the modelof the regulatory body. Once the comparison has been made, in chapters 2, 3 and 4 the process of generating evidence of the organization, professors and relationship criteria begins, with a total of 161, which represent 62% of the model and which, as such, they will be analyzed in the institutional self- assessment phase, to be subsequently approved by the assigned managers.
