In our project we propose a Manual for the design of trainings through the Experiential Approach, aimed at all Operative Personnel of the Regional Electric Company Centro Sur C.A. The proposal arises after an evaluation of the existing knowledge gaps between the ideal profile and the actual profile of the electricians and group leaders of the entire company's concession area (provinces of Azuay, Cañar and Morona Santiago). Through surveys and interviews, technical and behavioral knowledge was evaluated. With the results obtained after the tabulation and the analysis, it was determined that the training methodology carried out so far has not had the desired effectiveness. That is why a manual was proposed for the design of training and training sessions and workshops that every training provider should use to obtain the desired results in the company's personnel. The manual contains all the formats for the planning, evaluation and monitoring of the trainings, as well as a series of tools that can help the facilitators to better carry out the process using experiential learning.
