Item Accesibilidad a la información y la inclusión social de personas con discapacidad visual(Universidad de Cuenca, 2016-11-16) Martínez Bonilla, Carlos; Silva Silva, Ricardo; Naranjo Gamboa, ByronTechnological advances and the evolution of the media, especially the Internet, facilitates the transfer of messages to and between people, in particular between people with visual disabilities. The project presented herein determined the accessibility to information of people with visual disabilities and its effect on their social integration in the province of Tungurahua; with the overall objective to identify methodological strategies, including the integration of ICT tools, that will enhance communication, accessibility to information and social inclusion, leading ultimately in an improvement of the quality of life. Important features and guidelines to develop communication and accessibility, not only with people possessing visual disability, were obtained through a quantitative and bibliographic survey of the field resulting in important features to reach and improve communication. Along the survey better ideas were generated on how to live better with this disabled group of the society.Item Acercamiento a las redes sociales físicas y virtuales(Universidad de Cuenca, 2010-01) Zhimnay Valverde, Cristian FabiánItem La acogida humana y las prácticas de accesibilidad en la ciudad patrimonio de Ouro Preto(Universidad de Cuenca, 2018-01) Benedini Brusadin, Leandro; Akemi Kumagai, AdrianeOuro Preto obtained the title Humanity's Cultural Heritage for UNESCO in 1980. the present research analyses the Tour Assistance Center (CAT) and the Inconfidência Museum: the first because of being located in the main means of transport of arrival to the city (bus station), where CAT positions receive the visitors; the second for the important representative symbolic mark and the central location at the Square of Tiradentes. The methodology of this research was based on the bibliographical inquiry in books, articles and thesis in the areas of cultural heritage, accessibility and host. Was carried out, still, with photographic registers in situ and analysis of perception in both study objects. The result of this, in spite of the difficulties of these institutions in projects of physical accessibility are built for the imposition of the legislation to preservation of heritage cultural and of the urbane topography itself, some projects was created and articulated to host the resident and the tourist. Meantime, for the bearers of reduced mobility is necessary to create tools of access that go besides the physical forms of the buildings with the intention of providing social inclusion.Item El espacio público dedicado al ocio en el siglo XXI y la búsqueda de los oasis urbanos(Universidad de Cuenca, 2016-07) Ipiña García, OrlandoSquares, parks and gardens represent social meeting places dedicated to different recreational, leisure and outdoor activities. These should provide to users a moment of relaxation, enjoyment and carefree. At present, there are interventions more concerned with the physical aspects of the place than with the socio-cultural activities that take place in them. The lack of accessibility, security, offer and a knowledge experience have placed the public space at a distinct disadvantage with private spaces dedicated to satisfying the ludic activities. It is necessary the analysis and identification of physical, social and cultural factors to promote the spatiality of the users, through a playful offer and a sense of security and well-being with the objective of creating a lived experience in the perception of the users.
