"The bread ovens in memory of Cuenca society" is a brief study that aims to provide an approach to the history of this noble element that gives the appearance to the traditional bakery. Through individual and collective memory can be displayed in the oven as a memory object , direct recipient of all sorts of insights , feelings and senses generated around a space defined by customs and ways of life and is clearly evident in the neighborhoods traditional sharing your product in major cultural events that make Cuenca a city with history and memory.
