    Análisis de la dinámica familiar de los adolescentes internados en el "Hogar Crecer" del cantón Cuenca por el uso de sustancias psicoactivas, año 2015

    This research addresses the social problem of drug use by adolescents. The study was oriented in terms of achieving the following objective: To analyze the family dynamics of adolescents interned in the "Home Grow" the Canton Cuenca by the use of psychoactive substances, in 2015, to understand the relationships and links between members of families. The methodology was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The universe consisted of 30 hospitalized adolescents and their families. Employees were combined quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results obtained allowed the identification of different elements of the structure and functioning of these families that affect the substance use by adolescents. Among the most important problems are found in family cohesion, parent / child and spousal communication on family support adolescent and family difficulties in coping with the problems regarding limitations for seeking social support. It is carrying out a proposal for intervention to help these families to improve difficulties in their internal dynamics and prepare for the return of the teenager once you get out of the treatment process.

    Características de las relaciones sociales intrafamiliares de las adolescentes en situación de vulnerabilidad, acogidas en el Buen Pastor de Cuenca, que ingresan en el período junio a diciembre del 2011

    The present thesis Good Shepherd was elaborated in base of the study of field realized in the house of reception for Teenagers in Situation of Vulnerability of the City of Cuenca. The technologies that were in use were the interview structured with closed questions. The majority of families formed by teen sons and daughters, they find in the Cycle of Empty Nest, which provokes problems of adjustment and of communication of the teenagers with his progenitors or the persons who are to his post. The teenagers come from disfunctional families, be this nuclear, single-parent, widespread and assembled, characterized for having diffuse or rigid limits to the interior or exterior of the system. With the production of the Genograma it is possible to demonstrate that repetitive guidelines of violence exist, alcoholism in his generations, provoking a vicious circle, which puts in situation of risk the teenagers. In the investigation it is possible to warn that the family knows on the Laws of the Teenagers but in most cases they do not fulfill them, being they the first ones in putting them in risk.

    This work is aimed at highlighting the importance of using communication as a necessary tool for the better functioning of the family system , with the foundation that through knowledge and a rigorous analysis of communication will serve the reader and professional guide their families. Furthermore, the thesis looks at family dynamics and individual growth and adolescent and their respective strategies without forgetting the different variables. This thesis is aimed at all families with teenage children , who present their problems in communication at times , that all families should be aware and prepared in certain stages of the family life cycle , the human being has to go studying the lifecycle . For the purposes of this has been made a thorough analysis of the document by the level of guidance that provides communication within the family , all in order to recognize and analyze the distortions arising from the use thereof. And amendment to correct them so as to comply with the principle of neutrality among its members allowing permeability among group members of a family.

    La dinámica familiar en los procesos de reinserción de niños, niñas y adolescentes. Aldeas infantiles sos. Cuenca, 2010-2015

    "Family dynamics in the process of reintegration of children and adolescents.Children's Villages SOS. Basin 2010-2015 ", is the name of this research. The overall objective was to determine the family dynamics in the process of reintegration of children and adolescents Children's Villages SOS. A descriptive study which were used in combination quantitative and qualitative methods during the investigative process was performed. Quantitative data were obtained from the application of parallel Questionnaire "How is your family" and "How is your family" applied to adolescents and their families. Qualitative information was reached with family interviews and Genograms. The universe of study were 20 families that were reintegrated 34 children / and adolescents over the past 5 years. The results show that there are difficulties in family dynamics developing in homes, highlighting the problems in structuring hierarchies and boundaries, communication between parents and children regarding the use of resources coping with problems and limited sources support available to the teenager for family living. The time they were children away from the family and their reintegration into adolescence, have influenced the difficulties of family dynamics that were identified. It presents a guide to strengthen family ties of children and adolescents reintegrated where relational processes that help improve family dynamics will be provided.

    Estructura familiar de los y las adolescentes remitidos al departamento de consejería estudiantil de la unidad educativa Francisco Febres Cordero. Cuenca 2014- 2015

    The present study is oriented in the systemic family therapy, guided by one of its models, the structural one of Salvador Minuchin, through which the family structure of the adolescents of the Educational Unit Francisco Febres Cordero is analyzed, who have been referred to the DECE, In the period 2014-2015; With the purpose of verifying the hypothesis concerning, if the family structure is a precursor of the inappropriate behavior of the adolescent within the educational center and therefore to be derived to the DECE. The research aims to: Know the family structure of the adolescents referred to the department of student counseling, identify the family typology of the adolescents referred to the Department of Student Counseling and finally, develop a proposal for intervention addressed to families Of adolescents to change the family structure; For which interviews were conducted with the adolescent individually and with the family as a whole, application of the test "as is your family", "as is your family" and use of the genogram. The methodology is applied quantitative-qualitative, which is applied in a sample of 48 adolescents, which serves for the operation through the statistics of the information obtained.
