    Influencia del proceso colaborativo organizacional en la generación de valor social, en dos estudios de caso: Asociación Sinchi Warmi y Asociación Kushi Waira, bajo el enfoque de economía circular

    Organizational collaboration within social groups has been considered essential for the creation of social value, that is, for the satisfaction of needs. From this perspective, citizens organize to venture into social enterprises developed especially in rural parts of the country, implementing collaborative processes to create multidimensional benefits. This research analyzes organizational collaboration processes in the generation of social value in two case studies: Sinchi Warmi association and Kushi Waira community tourism association. The methodology was qualitative where semi-structured interviews, participant observation and secondary information were used to collect data. Among the main results, it is identified that organizational collaboration acts under four dimensions: communication, leadership, trust and external intervention, elements that when put into practice take as bases the social factors proposed in theory and practice by the social and circular economy that creates social values at a collective, administrative, economic, cultural and environmental level within enterprises. These practices demonstrate the agency capacity that the partners have to develop a venture that acts preserving the care of the environment and its territory.
