    Análisis de los procesos organizacionales, productivos y de comercio de las organizaciones agro productivas y su contribución a la soberanía alimentaria en la parroquia Cochapata del cantón Nabón

    This study analyzed how the associative, productive and commercial characteristics of agro-productive organizations in the parish of Cochapata - Nabón contribute to food sovereignty in the region, in order to provide a new perspective on the subject and contribute to improve future productive projects focused on responding to social, economic and environmental problems affecting the territory. In order to fulfill this purpose, research was conducted with a mixed approach, so that data were obtained through observation, analysis of texts from secondary sources, semi-structured interviews, surveys and sociograms. As a result of the research, it is possible to know in depth the way in which the agro-productive associations produce and process their agricultural and livestock foods. Which are carried out under a series of cultural and traditional values, based on principles such as solidarity, respect and equity. Thus, from the various networks of food, transformation, marketing and consumption of food, a positive relationship with food sovereignty is achieved. What can be noticed in the various strategic alliances, sense of cooperation between partners and a productive approach based on an adequate relationship with nature through the incorporation of agro ecology. Achieving a common objective among all agro-productive associations, which is to obtain organic food both for the market and for family consumption.
