    The city is the space in which the human being experiences and develops through multiple interaction processes , many aspects of their social life. Therefore, the present work has as main purpose to analyze the impact of indor soccer championship " Mini World Poor " in organizational strengthening neighborhoods and Citadels of the City of Cuenca, this to the importance that this event in the organizational dynamics of neighborhoods and towns participating . For these reasons, in the first chapter concerning the social relations and its elements is developed. Similarly, in the second chapter describes about the neighborhood organization and its elements, and then analyze the tasks they perform their leaders to have instruments to promote organizational dynamics prior to and during the conduct of the championship. Then, in the third chapter describes how the recreational and leisure social activities have helped improve human and social relations in neighborhoods and towns . Later, in the fourth chapter refers to the traditional aspects that revolve around a village , referring to the practices and customs is . Consecutively, in the fifth chapter of the thesis the results are presented , which is realized through tables and graphs constructed based on the literature review , documentary and field on . Finally, in the sixth chapter the conclusions of this thesis are presented .
