Item Percepciones del acompañamiento psicojurídico de las mujeres víctimas de violencia en el Instituto de Criminología e Intervención Psicosocial Familiar de la Universidad de Cuenca, periodo 2024(Universidad de Cuenca, 2025-03-28) Pasato Loja, Elsa Marlene; Ordóñez Ordóñez, Miriam CarlotaViolence against women is one of the world's great psychosocial problems, hence the relevance of efficient and relevant psycho-legal accompaniment, which does not give rise to revictimization; that is why the general objective of this research is to describe the perceptions about the psycholegal accompaniment of women victims of violence, attended at the Institute of Criminology and Family Psychosocial Intervention of the University of Cuenca, period 2024. Its approach is qualitative in the discourse of interpretation and phenomenological, with a descriptive level and transversal character; This approach made it possible to understand the meanings and experiences associated with the support accompaniment of the participants. The study sample was made up of 8 women who received the services of the Institute during the year 2024; sampling was for convenience in order to access the study population. The presence of a favorable attitude towards psycholegal assistance on the part of women victims was visualized, evidencing the timely advice and assistance by professionals at the level of lawyers, clinical psychologists, social workers and family counselors. This support assistance is perceived by women victims as accessible to families, strengthening their empowerment and well-being; emphasize the structural action, interaction and teamwork of the Institute's staff. The relevance of this type of multisectoral intervention for the accompaniment and assistance of women victims of violence is evident.
