    Propuesta de guía de buenas prácticas en la evaluación psicológica forense de adolescentes infractores desde los enfoques de Justicia Terapéutica y Justicia Restaurativa en Azuay, periodo 2023

    The incidence of adolescents involved in criminal acts is a social problem that requires timely intervention by various branches such as forensic psychology, which among its functions, is responsible for evaluating and preparing comprehensive reports to obtain information on the subject and the psychological and environmental conditions surrounding him/her (Aguilera and Zaldívar, 2003). The general objective of the research was to elaborate a proposal for a guide of good practices in forensic psychological evaluation for adolescents in conflict with the criminal law from the approach of therapeutic justice and restorative justice in Cuenca - Azuay, period 2023; in addition to identifying the number of cases of adolescents in conflict with the criminal law attended in the Judicial Function - Cuenca, in the last three years; to identify the perceptions of justice operators regarding the design of a best practices guide adapted to the local context, based on the therapeutic and restorative justice approaches; and to validate, by the criteria of specialists, the proposal of the best practices guide designed. It had a mixed approach; with a cross-sectional exploratory scope, a phenomenological design was used for the qualitative approach and a non-experimental design for the quantitative approach. We worked with judges, social workers and expert psychologists of the Judicial Function of Azuay, using techniques such as documentary review and in-depth interview, resulting in the development of a guide of good practices, which contains points emphasized in reality and of interest to the professional.
