    Calidad de vida de pacientes con incontinencia urinaria de esfuerzo con tratamiento quirurgico tecnica de banda suburetral abordaje transobturador (tot) en el Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso septiembre 2012- agosto 2013

    The purpose of this research is to determine patients life quality before and after receiving treatment based upon transobturator suburethral band approach (TOT) for urinary incontinence at Vicente Corral Moscoso Hospital between September 2012 - August 2013. Over a period of one year a descriptive analytical model included 47 patients who were receiving this treatment and admitted to the Hospital. OUTCOME: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients had a better postop quality of life, however there is significant difference (p = 0.001) between these and patients without diabetes; patients with hypertension shown no significant difference compared to those without hypertension. CONCLUSIONS: Overall life quality improved 95.5% after surgical treatment compared to 72.3% before surgery.
