While successful applications of information and communication technologies have occurred in this area, there are issues such as the practical application of knowledge gained in investigations that have not been solved such as the case of Territorial Planning and Urban. This research directs its efforts towards the research and applicability of virtual tools that allow the optimization of the time shared between professors and students. Institutes of higher education have folded to this motion and have undergone a process of change by implementing multimedia elements in their subjects. Through the pilot project educational videos that aim to meet the highest standards of educational videos described by Van Dam have been developed. The project expects to generate educational videos for different departments of the Faculty of Architecture, which will be delivered promptly to teachers.
