    Auditoria energética y propuesta de actualización tecnológica a las plantas de trituración de piedra y planta de asfalto, propiedad de la constructora THOT ubicada en el cantón Catamayo – provincia de Loja

    Based on the premise of sustainable growth that allows a harmonious coexistence between society and the environment, an energy audit and proposal of technological update to the asphalt stone and silver crushing plants is proposed, of the construction company THOT Cia Ltda. located in the canton Catamayo province of Loja. The electrical equipment for maneuver, protection and electrical machines that contribute to the operation of the crushing plants and asphalt plant are old, so it is appropriate to evaluate the efficiency of the installed electrical systems. The driving forces for the equipment are driven by electric motors powered by turbo diesel generator sets. The energy audit process includes the collection of information, data analysis and decision making. This will be the initial information to determine the technical methodology in the energy consultancy to be applied and the subsequent technological update proposal that allows optimizing the production processes and the coordination of electrical protections under technical principles and job security.
