    Diseño de un modelo del sistema de orden y limpieza (5S) para mejorar el área de producción de la fábrica Corruastro. Período 2013-2014

    This thesis is about, the design of an Organized and Cleaned System (5S) to improve the production area of the factory CORRUASTRO; with the objective to offer an action plan (5S), that once implemented it improves the working environment, safety of the people and plant productivity of this factory. To develop this theme, we began collecting data which allowed us to know, in general manner, its organizational structure and especially to identify and to describe the production activity of the factory. With regard to the theoretical basics, there are some basic concepts related to the (5S), benefits, resistances and the steps required for its implementation. After we made an evaluation (5S) where, we found that most of the problems focused to Organized and Cleaning System are in the production area. Based on it, we designed the model in which develops a plan of awareness to train the staff, an action plan (5S) allowing corrective actions to encountered problems, to establish rules and procedures that created a guide to follow, to keep order and cleaning of the factory. Also we prepared an evaluations proposal (5S) to monitor the accomplishment of the model. Finally, we made the conclusions and our suggested relevant recommendations for future implementation.
