For it is development, it was used by the general balance and results status of the years 2006, 2007,2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 due to for the companies. Apparently of those balances, it was built the cash flow status and the evolution status of the net patrimony. The technicans that were used for the financial analysis are: vertical analysis, horizontal analysis, financial justifies and for the financial projection it was applied the percentage method of sales. After all the vertical analysis as the horizontal analysis due to the general balance and results status it allowed the determinate percentage composition of each account based in dates in a period and determinate it is variation respect by other, by means of the comparation of financial status homogeneous of consecutive periods. The financial justifies by it is part, it allowed to know the intern structure of the comparations and it is company with milieu to determinate the faint and strong points, to take the correct decisions in case that it admerites. Finally, it was gone the projection of all the balances before mentioned for the years 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 allowing the determinate and expose that will be developed and quantum of the result in economic terms, will get the company as consecuence of the combination of the propound premises for the direction.Item Determinación de las capacidades organizacionales generadoras de valor que han sido desarrolladas por las empresas de CIPEM, a partir del modelo de las 7S de MCKINSEY en el periodo 2018-2019(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-05-26) Aguilar Asanza, Diego Andres; Macas Macas, Pablo Andrés; Jimbo Días, José SantiagoThe objective of this study is to determine the factors that generate value in large companies and at the same time that makes them successful, the research was carried out in Cuenca companies that belong to the Chamber of Industry, Production and Employment (CIPEM), this The research is of a qualitative nature with a descriptive approach, the instruments used for data collection were surveys and interviews, these were applied to the administrative staff of the CIPEM companies; To determine the value-generating factors, the model applied by Peters and Waterman called MCKINSEY's 7S was used as a tool. The results obtained indicate that most of the companies studied opted for a democratic leadership style, have a defined structure as well as mission and vision, for its part, innovation, focused more on processes and products, control of quality mostly in the last stage of the process, in addition, companies show interest in their subordinates, who are assigned correctly in the different work areas, being able to highlight that the most dominant value is respect. For their part, the findings were contrasted with the profitability and the income tax caused in the 2018-2019 period. The methods used to carry out the diagnosis of the retailers and the Distributor are: surveys, graphs, growth rates, matrices and financial indicators; therefore, the research method is qualitative and quantitative. In addition, a financial proposal has been developed with income and expense projections to support the implementation and growth of the collaborative business. Considering the set of changes in the environment and globalization, as well as other types of organizations, the educational sector demands personalized and quality services that allow to face these changes so that the organization can adapt to these changes. Therefore, a competency-based management model adapted to the Asian American School Educational Unit for the period 2024 2027 is proposed, which is proposed through a mixed methodology that integrates both interviews and a diagnostic survey for the administrative and teaching staff of the institution, which were analyzed allowing to propose the model according to the needs of the institution.Item Modelo de negocios para la creación de una financial technology (Fintech) Peer to Peer en Ecuador(Universidad de Cuenca. Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, 2025-10-24) León Quituisaca, Bryam Ronaldo; Mora Pacheco, Pedro FabiánPeer to Peer (P2P) FinTech’s are transforming financing by directly connecting lenders and investors with people in need of credit, without the intermediation of banks. This model allows greater accessibility, reduces operating costs and optimizes the efficiency of the financial sector. In Ecuador, the adoption of these platforms represents a challenge and an opportunity, since financial inclusion and the evolution of traditional banking are strategic issues. This research analyzes the feasibility of the P2P model, combining analytical tools such as Porter, Pestel and value chain to assess its impact on competition, environment and operational structure. In addition, surveys were conducted to understand users' perceptions, their trust in these platforms and the key factors influencing their adoption. This research provides answers on the characteristics of the Peer-to-Peer lending business model and it’s fit in the Ecuadorian market. Elements of analysis include the understanding of the business model and global experience, the economic and competitive environment of the national financial sector, and the customer experience in financial institutions.
