    Identificación y evaluación de riesgos físicos, químicos, mecánicos y ergonómicos en la Junta de Agua Potable Regional Bayas (Azogues)”

    The purpose of the Titration Work was to carry out a study at the Junta de Agua Potable BAYAS belonging to the city of Azogues in order to identify all the Physical, Chemical, Mechanical and Ergonomic Risks. Once all the information was collected, an analysis was carried out. about the risks identified in the Board to be able to evaluate them and implement Safety and Hygiene Regulations in the plant, creating an Industrial Safety and Hygiene Guide and imparting a Training Plan for Safety and Industrial Hygiene to the workers. The Safety and Industrial Hygiene Guide is based on general information of the Board related to industrial safety and hygiene, risks to which workers are exposed, correct hygiene of the plant, specifications of personal protection equipment, industrial and first aid kit, risk map of the plant and technical data of the reagents used for the process. The training plan was addressed to all personnel working in the plant, based on basic principles of safety and industrial hygiene, proper handling of reagents, proper use of PPE and industrial signage and basic first aid. Finally, a risk map of the entire plant was prepared, and a proposal for the implementation of industrial signage and personal and collective protection equipment was made with the results obtained from the identification and evaluation of risks.
