Item Análisis del proceso de construcción e implementación del sistema de protección integral de niñez y adolescencia en el cantón Cuenca(2017) Mogrovejo Mogrovejo, Mercedes Isabel; Nugra Sánchez, Fabián Santiago; Avila Ordóñez, Guido AntonioThe present investigation was developed with the participation of key actors like coordinators, directors, technical agencies, governmental and non-governmental organizations, who work on the issue of the comprehensive protection of Children and Teenagers of the city of Cuenca, established in the art.190 of the Childhood and Adolescence Code. The purpose of this investigation was to analyze the progress of construction and implementation of the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Adolescents System in the city of Cuenca, to understand the social process under the legal regulations in force and the coordination between governmental organizations and the Civil society for the construction of the Comprehensive Protection of Children and Teenagers System and its subsequent development in Cuenca. The study is approached from a qualitative approach from the literature review and the application of fifteen interviews; analyzed information in the program Atlas ti 7,5 showing that in Cuenca, the structuring and implementation of this system was marked by a participative process, of the civil society as the State, that showed their achievements and limitations in the organization, definition and functioning of the media to exercise, ensure and protect the enjoyment of the rights, duties and responsibilities of children and Teenagers, and that in the course of the same protection system, the regulatory and policy frameworks provide a series of lessons and lines to follow.Item Clima social familiar en estudiantes de bachillerato víctimas de acoso escolar de una institución educativa(2019-06-13) Alvarez Villacrés, Lonny Lizbeth; Ordóñez Ordóñez, Miriam CarlotaThe family social climate is characterized by the relationships that occur between the members of the family, as well as the structure that forms it, and these relationships can be replicated in other social contexts such as education; that is why, the purpose of this research was to characterize the perception of adolescent victims of bullying in relation to the family environment in which they live. The present study is non-experimental, with a quantitative approach, in which 121 students from an urban fiscal educational institution of the city of Cuenca participated; the instruments used were the sociodemographic record, the EBIPQ questionnaire with language adaptation, which allowed identifying the adolescents victims of bullying and the Family Social Climate Scale (FES) that made it possible to evaluate and describe interpersonal relationships, among family members, the aspects of personal development that have greater importance in it and its basic structure. It was possible to identify 28.9% of school bullying, with 68.6% of women and 31.4% of male victims; adolescents victims of bullying, perceived their interpersonal relationships and stability as deficit, while their personal development valued it as bad. By way of conclusion, the family social climate of victims of school bullying according to their perception is deficient in most of its dimensions, which made it possible to demonstrate a possible association between the family climate in relation to the behavior presented by students victims of bullying.
