Bank security policies and the knowledge of the same by the users that go to the financial system, motivate to reflect on this social problematic that is generated in this sector. Financial institutions generate preventive security policies that are often not known to their clients, generating a problem of insecurity in banks, cooperatives and mutualists in the city of Cuenca. Citizens are mostly aware of the preventive actions that banking has to prevent theft and robbery, however, implementation and ignorance are associated factors to continue to present these types of crimes.
